About Runners Edge Assessments

Are you a runner in Melbourne looking to improve your performance and address ongoing injury troubles. Have you been searching for a specialist running physio in Bayside, Melbourne or your area? Do you feel like your running technique “isn’t quite right”, or have uneven side to side differences? Perhaps you keep getting the same injuries every time you try to build up your training? Or maybe, despite your best efforts, you aren’t able to break that goal personal best.

At Athlete’s Edge Physiotherapy, we have a unique running service called Runners Edge, designed to be one of Melbourne’s premier locations for the assessment and treatment of runners. The Runners Edge Specialist Assessments are a comprehensive, 1 hour appointment, including a detailed running gait analysis, movement and strength strength, and breakdown of your training plan. The purpose of these assessments are to identify areas for improvement, whether relevant to recent injuries, or in relation to performance enhancement goals. Our running physios have significant experience working with runners over many years, possessing specialist training in running gait analysis, retraining and coaching.

Do you want to take your running to the next level? Book your detailed running assessment with our Melbourne running physios, or contact us if you have further questions about your assessment.
